This was an excellent recipe! The cake was very spices and had toasted pecans blended in. Plus a rum caramel and poached fresh pineapple!

Simple recipe today. Essentially a standard banana bread with almond butter and chopped roasted almonds mixed in, and more almond butter on top. Very different tasting than a normal banana bread but very tasty! Great with a coffee!

Both of these recipes use a Brioche dough, so we need to make that first! The pigs in a blanket were phenomenal! Next up is a pineapple and rum upside down cake and an almond butter banana bread!
