This one’s for my friends that are gluten free. It’s amazing and super easy. It’s like a mix between a mousse and a cake.

Combine chocolate, Disaronno, and oil in a double boiler. 
Oil and sugar a springform pan 
Make a stiff peaked meringue 
Add almond flour and egg yolks to the chocolate mixture 
Fold in the meringue 
Pour into the springform and sprinkle sugar on top 


Serve with some whipped Cream!
