
What it should look like 
Sauté 2/3 of the rhubarb 
Flour, baking powder, and salt 
Mix in some baking soda to neutralize the rhubarb a bit. It’ll go gray 
Sugar, eggs, and butter 
Mix in Greek yoghurt, vanilla, and remaining rhubarb 
Mix into the dry and add the sautéed rhubarb 

Bake at 350 for an hour, then 325 for 20-30 min
